Artist, Creator, Father, Husband.

Tattoo artist turned tech creator — building tools for artists, by an artist.

My journey began with a tattoo machine in hand in early 2000. Tattooing was my first love — an art form that gave me purpose and a way to connect with people on a deeper level. After studying design at FMU, a university in Brazil, I knew creativity would always be part of my life, but I wanted more than just beautiful work. I wanted to build something meaningful.

When I moved to New Zealand in 2007, I brought my art with me and continued tattooing professionally. Over time, I saw how much our industry lacked in tools and systems made for us — real artists, real studios. I needed a new challenge. That’s when I stepped into the world of technology.

I created the Walk-Ins app to solve a simple but common problem — making it easier for clients to find available artists in real-time. From there, I founded LAXXY, a platform focused on affordable websites and automation for small business and tattoo artists. It’s built with love and deep knowledge of this industry, because I live it myself.

At the heart of everything I do is my family — my wife and our two beautiful boys. They’re the reason I keep going. When I’m not working or creating, you’ll find me clearing my mind with art, squash and exploring new tech ideas, or spending quality time with my boys.

This is my world — a mix of ink, innovation, and intention.
